Swati Mathur

She is an Assistant Professor at CMS, NALSAR. She worked for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for one year after completing M Com and PGDBM. She had a strong passion for teaching and started teaching management students of Osmania and JNTU Universities for 13 years before joining Center for Management Studies NALSAR. Her areas of interest are Organizational Behavior, Finance, Human Resource Management and Training & Development. She has presented papers in many national and international conferences.


PhD in Business Management, MPhil, MCom from Osmania University, PGDBM from Symbiosis, Pune.

She is working on the effectiveness of training through virtual learning towards a sustainable outcome. Her other area of research interest is in Public-Private Partnerships Projects. She was awarded for the best paper award for the paper titled “Examining the Effectiveness of Training through Virtual Learning Environment towards a sustainable outcome” at the International Conference on Sustainable Human Resource Management held at HCU. She was also awarded for the best paper presentation titled “Analysis of Critical Risk Factors in the implementation of Public Private Partnership road projects in AP” at International Conference on Financial Markets and Corporate Finance held at IIT Madras.
