Vidyadhar Reddy Aileni

Prof.  Vidyadhar Reddy Aileni started his career as a Banker in a Public Sector Bank. But he found his calling in the teaching-learning profession and in 1984 gave up his job as a bank officer to join Osmania University. Progressed to the rank of Associate Professor in February of 1992 and became a full professor in February 2000. He superannuated in august of 2015 have served the profession as HEAD, CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF STUDIES FOR FOUR UNIVERSITIES, AND DEAN, FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT FOR OSMANIA AND SATAVAHANA UNIVERSITY.

He has been conferred with several awards and has been recognized as a driver of change in the field of management education. While at Osmania University, he was SELECTED BY THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT, GOVT. OF INDIA AS VISITING PROFESSOR TO ASIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, BANGKOK.

Post his superannuation from Osmania University; he joined NALSAR UNIVERSITY of Law in 2015 as Director of the Centre for Management Studies. His other engagements include being a BOARD MEMBER for the CENTRE FOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, HYDERABAD, AND BOARD MEMBER ON ETHICS COMMITTEE OF BASAVATARAKAM INDO-AMERICAN CANCER HOSPITAL, HYDERABAD.  He is also an EXPERT   MEMBER OF AICTE, NBA, NAAC and UGC.
