5th NALSAR–CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition 2026

NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, conducted the 5th edition of the Trilegal’s NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition 2026.

The competition witnessed participation from around 118 teams all across India, making it one of the country’s premier antitrust law competitions. The competition also marked the growing institutional association between the Competition Commission of India and Trilegal.

This edition’s proposition focused on labour market no-poaching, abuse of dominance, anti-competitive agreements, and the procedural aspects of competition law. The Competition was won by the team representing Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. National Law University, Jodhpur secured the runner-up position.
