The SC/ST Cell is the University’s designated mechanism to promote an inclusive, equitable and non-discriminatory campus for members of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The Cell supports prevention and redressal of caste-based discrimination, sensitises the University community, and facilitates compliance with applicable UGC guidelines. It provides a safe, confidential avenue for students, staff and faculty members to raise concerns, seek guidance and access support, and it coordinates with relevant authorities to ensure timely, fair and transparent action.
