On the birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, April 14, 2026, NALSAR organised the inaugural Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture 2026. The lecture was delivered by Justice B. R. Gavai, former Chief Justice of India and currently Chair Professor of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Chair on Constitutional Law and Social Inclusion at NALSAR. Justice Gavai spoke on the theme “Sustainable Development and Substantive Equality: A Constitutional Dialogue” at the M. K. Nambyar Video Conference Hall.
