The NALSAR-MKBAC ADR Journal is the annual, peer-reviewed, student-edited law journal of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, devoted to arbitration and alternate dispute resolution. It is a flagship publication of the University. Its inaugural issue was released on 4 February 2024, and it is now published in collaboration with Milon K. Banerji Arbitration Centre (MKBAC), which continues its mission and carries it into a new phase.
Its primary purpose is to advance scholarship in arbitration and alternate dispute resolution. It gives legal minds across the country a robust platform to showcase their critical thinking and analytical abilities, and to contribute to the emerging discourse in these fields.
The Journal accepts submissions on arbitration law, both domestic and international, and on alternate dispute resolution more broadly, including mediation.
The Journal follows a collaborative editorial process that supports authors through multiple stages of review and editing, while maintaining rigorous standards of academic integrity. This process is guided by an Editorial Board, an Advisory Board and a Peer Review Board.
