NALSAR University of Law, under the aegis of Project EXPUN, organized an international colloquium in collaboration with the University of Bergen to encourage critical reflection on contemporary criminal justice systems and theories of punishment.

The event brought together scholars, researchers, and practitioners from diverse jurisdictions to discuss evolving perspectives on penal systems, exclusionary punishment practices, and reform-oriented approaches to justice administration. The colloquium created a platform for interdisciplinary exchange on pressing legal and philosophical questions surrounding punishment and social accountability.
