Poosarla Bayola Kiran is an accomplished academician with expertise in Corporate Law, Insolvency Law, Banking Law, and Sports Law. He holds a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam, where he earned seven gold medals for academic excellence.
He later pursued an LL.M in Business Laws from Andhra University and cleared the UGC-NET in December 2015. In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy from Andhra University, further expanding his academic expertise.
His Ph.D thesis examines the legal complexities of sports selection disputes and evaluates how judicial mechanisms can ensure fairness and transparency in the selection process. His work aims to bridge the gap between sports governance and legal jurisprudence, offering insights into regulatory frameworks and policy improvements.
As a faculty member at NALSAR University of Law, Bayola plays a crucial role in legal education, teaching commercial law, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance. His professional experience includes tenure as an Assistant Professor at DSNLU and GITAM University, where he contributed to curriculum development and research initiatives.
