Milon K. Banerji Arbitration Centre (MKBAC)

The Milon K. Banerji Arbitration Centre (MKBAC) at NALSAR University is a dedicated research and teaching hub established to advance the study and practice of arbitration in India. In an era where alternative dispute resolution is gaining global momentum, MKBAC aims to foster cutting-edge scholarship and innovation in arbitration law. With a vision to build a vibrant intellectual community, the Centre brings together legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to engage in meaningful dialogue, conduct high-quality research, and influence the development of arbitration jurisprudence. The Centre focuses exclusively on research and academic initiatives, foregoing capital infrastructure in favour of supporting scholars and disseminating knowledge. Activities include an annual lecture series, essay competitions, short-term training programmes, and the publication of an annual review of arbitration law. Through its dedicated website and digital repository, MKBC ensures global accessibility to its research, lectures, and resources.
