The Ultimate Frisbee team at NALSAR is a fast-growing and spirited community built around one of the world’s few self-refereed, mixed-gender sports. Introduced to campus less than two years ago, the club has already trained over 200 students in the basics of this fast-paced, non-contact game. The larger group meets casually every Monday and Thursday, creating an open, beginner-friendly space for players of all skill levels to learn, play, and grow together.

At the heart of the club’s competitive wing is Disc-located, NALSAR’s official tournament team. Despite being relatively new, the team has already made its presence felt on the frisbee circuit. In their debut appearance at the BITS Arena tournament, they earned the prestigious Spirit of the Game award, recognising their commitment to fair play and sportsmanship. More recently, they secured a silver medal at the Trilateral Tournament and regularly engage in friendly matches with teams from nearby colleges such as BITS Pilani.

The team’s talent extends beyond campus as well. Many players actively compete in external tournaments, with some representing other institutions like National Law School of India University. Most notably, the team’s current captain was awarded Best Defender at the Nationals, marking a significant milestone in NALSAR’s growing frisbee journey.
