Sunrise Circle
For those who believe that the morning sets the tone for everything that follows, Sunrise Circle offers the perfect beginning to the day. Founded by Ruchi on the simple conviction that a calm, intentional morning can shape the rest of the day, the club gathers daily from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. on the turf for an hour that blends movement, mindfulness, and community.
Sessions begins with light jogging and exercises to gently wake the body, transitions into Surya Namaskar—a traditional sequence of yoga postures performed as the sun rises—and concludes with a short meditation, leaving participants grounded, focused, and ready to take on the day. Built on the idea that mornings are better when shared, Sunrise Circle celebrates the power of small, consistent rituals of self-care. For its members, the early alarm is no longer something to dread—it has become something to look forward to. And that, in itself, says everything.
