Professor V.Keshav Rao, Former Vice-Chancellor, NUSRL Ranchi and DSNLU Vishakhapatnam is a prominent authority on the Law of Evidence and the Law of Contracts in India. Professor Kesava Rao has over 33 years of teaching experience and has served as Professor of Law and Dean, Faculty of Law at Andhra University. He was also the Principal of NBM Law College, Andhra University, and had a stint as Registrar of Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna in 2007-08. Prior to that, he was the Director of the Institute of Law and Ethics in Medicine at NLSIU, Bangalore in 2002-03.
Professor Keshav Rao has several books and articles to his credit. He has been the editor of several authoritative books including ‘Contracts-I Cases and Materials’ by Lexis Nexis; ‘Sarkar Law of Evidence’, 20th Edition Lexis Nexis and ‘Law of Evidence’ by Woodroff and Amir Ali (4 Volumes), 18th Edition. He was invited as Research Fellow by University of Durban, Westville, South Africa. He has been the receipient of numerous prizes and awards in recognisiton of his meritorious contributions to scholarship and research.
