Mahendra Kumar Shukla

He is an Assistant Professor in the area of Quantitative Techniques and Research Methodology with about six years of experience in sales and marketing with ITL, John Deere, and Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. His teaching interests include Business Statistics, Business Research Methods, Advanced Methods of Data Analysis, and Marketing Analytics. He has research interests in Marketing Decision Models, Relationship Marketing, Manufacturer-Retailer Interactions, Interdependence Structure in Channel Relationship and its Impact on Channel Performance.

He is working on exploring the impact of customer experience on relationship performance across service types. His other research work includes examining the roles of trust, commitment, intimacy, and interdependence structure in channel relationship and their impact on channel performance
